To open an account we require only your email address and a password. You may optionally provide personal details (name, phone, country, recovery email) to make recovery easier. U.S. taxpayers may provide a Social Security Number for tax reporting; it is stored encrypted.
2. How we use information
We use your information to operate your account, process deposits, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations.
3. Recovery phrases
If you import a wallet, any recovery phrase you enter is used to detect balances and is never stored in plaintext or shared. Never share your recovery phrase with anyone, including Biuci staff.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers and authorities where required by law.
5. Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive fields. No system is perfectly secure; protect your credentials.
